- Free shipping to Portugal on orders over €100;
- Free shipping to EU countries on orders over €200;
- Shipping cost to Portugal is 5€ for all orders under 100€;
- Shipping cost to EU countries is 13€ for all orders under 200 €;
- All items ship from Portugal.
Shipping costs will be added at checkout after you have provided your address details.
Your country's VAT rate for shipping costs is included in the total VAT amount.

Delivery & Tracking
Delivery
Orders placed on www.byfacets.store are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-2 business days. Excluding the weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Tracking
You can track your order at any time. We will send a shipping confirmation with a link to track & trace of the shipment of your order.
Please be aware that some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.
